Good afternoon, everyone. Next up, please welcome Hershey back to the CAGNY stage. Before I get to my actual introduction, please join me in thanking Hershey for so generously sponsoring the break on Wednesday afternoon. On that front, we all know how excited everyone is for that break, but a couple of things to remember as always. First, please let the children go first. I don’t want any adults out there throwing elbows to get their hand on some REESE and you all know who you are. Second of all, I don’t care where cocoa is trading. I don’t want to see any of these products on eBay after the conference. All right, with that, on to the intro. Joining us today from Hershey, we have Chairman, President and CEO, Michele Buck; Senior Vice President and CFO, Steve Voskuil; and Head of Investor Relations, Anoori Naughton. Over her tenure as CEO, Michele and team have consistently delivered peer leading levels of organic growth, driving the core in brands like Hershey and REESE while adding more outside of confection with powerhouses like SkinnyPop and Dot’s and of course, one can’t forget Shaq-A-Licious Gummies. That diversification has proven fruitful as the company has had to manage through historic levels of inflation in cocoa while still aiming to please consumers and investors alike, including an expectation to return to growth in 2026.
